In business since November 2005, Thin Air Appraisals operates in the San Luis Valley, the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, the San Juan Mountains, and South-Central Colorado.  Thin Air Appraisals strives to provide accurate, timely, and thorough residential appraisals. 

Angela Gherardi is a Registered Residential Appraiser licensed in the State of Colorado.  She has lived in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains since 1994 and enjoys appraising mountain properties.  Angela and her husband, Joe, have built two log cabins in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.  This home building experience is a valuable tool in developing accurate appraisals. 

Angela is a graduate of Allied Business Schools where she completed her Real Estate Appraisal course.  She has an AA in Business Administration and an AS in Secretarial Science.  She has worked as a bookkeeper, as a Computer Technician, as an Word Processing Technician, and as an Insurance Underwriter.  She has been self-employed for 20 years.  She is Co-owner of Amarok Sailing Charters which operates out of Nassau, Bahamas during the Winter and Spring months.  In the Summer and Fall she is a Real Estate Appraiser in Colorado.
